Is there an application fee?

Yes, it is $30.00 per applicant and due when submitting the application.

What if I send my application electronically?

The application will come into the office and we will process accordingly, but the application fee will need to be paid prior to signing the lease.

How long does it take to process the application?

You can expect an approval (or denial) within 24 – 48 hours.

Is there a pet deposit?

Yes, it is $200.00 per pet and is nonrefundable, due when signing the lease.

Is there a monthly pet rental fee?

Yes most properties require a $20.00 per month increase in rent.

Do you accept any kind of dog?

No. Pets are approved individually, depending on the rental. Some breeds of dogs, such as Pit Bull or Rottweiler, are not approved for any rental. Size limits also vary depending on the rental.

If I sign a lease and then change my mind, can I get out of the lease?

No. It is a legally binding document and you will be responsible for payment.

If I can not lease the rental, can I sublet it?

Yes, but you remain responsible for ultimately paying of the lease.

Is there a fee for subletting?

Yes, the tenant must pay $150.00 for administrative time per new tenant.
