Emergency Maintenance

PLEASE NOTE:

For medical, fire or police emergency call 911 immediately.

If you smell gas, please exit your unit and contact Vectren 1-800-227-1376 immediately.

A maintenance technician will respond immediately, 24 hours a day.

Emergency maintenance items may include but are not limited to:

• Total loss of electrical power not caused by outages from the electric company.
• Burst plumbing or flowing water.
• Water leaks as a result of heavy rain.
• Security problems including but not limited to broken locks, broken glass, loss of exterior lighting.
• Loss of heat or air conditioning.
• Sewer back-up.

By calling the Emergency Maintenance number you will be charged $125.00 per request if the issue is not an actual emergency or the issue was caused by the tenant.

Heating & Air Conditioning

Before contacting emergency maintenance:

• Check your circuit breaker box for tripped breakers.
• Contact Duke Energy at 1-800-521-2232 and check for outages in your area.
• Contact Vectren at 1-800-227-1376 and check for outages in your area.
