1Is there an application fee?
Yes, it is $35.00 per applicant and due when submitting the application.
2What if I send my application electronically?
The application will come into the office and we will process accordingly, but the application fee will need to be paid at the time of submitting the application.
3How long does it take to process the application?
You can expect an approval (or denial) within 2 to 3 business days.
4Is there a pet Deposit?
Yes, it is $200.00 for the first pet and $100 for the second pet, and is nonrefundable, due when signing the lease.
5Is there a monthly pet rental fee?
Yes most properties require a $20.00 per pet per month increase in rent.
6Do you accept any kind of dog?
No. Pets are approved individually, depending on the rental. Some breeds of dogs, such as Pit Bull or Rottweiler, are not approved for any rental. Size limits also vary depending on the rental.
7If I sign the lease and change my mind, can I get out of the lease?
No. It is a legally binding document and you will be responsible for payment.
8If I cannot lease the rental, can I sublet?
Yes, but you remain responsible for ultimately paying off the lease.
9Is there a fee for subletting?
Yes, the tenant must pay $150.00 for administrative time per new tenant.
