COVID-19 Updates

As of October 1st, 2020, we are going to start allowing people inside our building. With the health and safety concerns surrounding COVID-19 remaining our top priority, we ask all our clients to have their masks on.

You may still continue to pay rent online through our website, via our tenant portal, place your payment through our office drop slot, or send via US Postal Service. 

To schedule showings, please call our office 812-287-8036 during regular business hours 9am-5pm M-F.

We have implemented mandatory procedures for showing any residence that is currently occupied. To schedule these appointments, we will communicate our procedures to both the current tenant as well as the individual(s) viewing the property before confirming the appointment. By taking these actions and precautions, we are confident that we will be able to show these residences safely and responsibly.

If you have a maintenance emergency after office hours, please call 812-287-8036 and leave a detailed message of the emergency, your name, phone number, and your address. 

All non-emergency maintenance requests may be called in during our regular office hours or submitted online through our website.

 Non-emergency maintenance requests will continue to be handled on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
